| Frequently Asked Questions |
|
| How much does your service cost? |
Absolutely nothing! We will get our costs back from the other side, or from your legal expenses
insurance (we will help you check for this). We will never send you a bill for our work.
|
|
| What if I lose my case? |
Don’t worry. We will make sure that you have insurance cover to pay any costs.
|
|
| How long will my claim take? |
A straightforward motor injury case could be settled as quickly as 9 months. However, for most
cases, we recommend that you assume a settlement period of 12 -18 months, as we are always
waiting on insurance companies to settle your claim. However, you can be sure that we will
progress matters as quickly as possible.

|
| How much will I get? |
The amount of compensation will depend upon the extent of your injury and any other losses you
have and the circumstances of the claim and we will advise you on what you can expect to
receive. In all of the claims we deal with, we will claim for at least £1,000. Don’t forget to keep
receipts for any expenses you have as a result of your accident such as taxi fares, prescription
costs and so on.
|
|
| How soon should I claim? |
As quickly as possible, as the sooner we know about your claim, the sooner we can help. In all
cases, you need to claim within 3 years of your accident, unless you were less than 18 years old at
the time, in which case you can claim any time up until your 21st birthday. Call us if you need any
advice on the time limits for claims.

|
| What if I have to go to court? |
Don’t worry! Nearly all cases we deal with are settled without going to court. However, in the
unlikely event that you need to attend a hearing, we will be with you all of the way to ensure that
things are taken care of for you.
